Note: Stratum DAO and voting/proposals will be determined by what is available in terms of on and off chain voting platforms. More details on this will be available as more governance projects launch on Mantle.

Initially the governance of the platform will be completely owned by veSTRAT holders as they direct emissions on Stratum as they see fit.
